If you have questions or need help with something, you've come to the right place! All you need to do is create a new thread in this forum with what you need, and a staff member will be along to help you shortly. Be sure to title your post clearly, and tag it with staff for our Discord integration. Before making a post, however, we do ask that you take a look at our archived threads, as you may find the answer you need there. We also have threads for simple things like managing threads, so check for those before making a whole new thread.

If you need to report another member for whatever reason, do not do it here. Instead, submit a help ticket on our Discord to avoid drama. If the issue is with a staff member, bring it directly to me via PMs, preferably on Discord.

For things like suggestions, please keep in mind that while we're open to nearly any idea for the site or Discord, some things may take a while to implement, or may simply not be possible at the moment. We do, however, keep track of everything suggested to see what we can do in the future.

If you're reporting a bug/issue with either the software or layout, we need specifics like your browser, screen resolution, operating system/device, any extensions/settings that affect content (either for aesthetic reasons or adblockers/privacy tools), and a detailed explanation of the issue and how to repeat it for ourselves. Screenshots and/or screen recordings of the issue happening are also useful, and you can submit a help ticket on Discord to send them.
